Clients can self refer, or obtain a referral from your treating practitioner. Your practitioner can use this form or their own.

Whilst I am not always able to respond to emails or calls immediately, I will endeavour to get back to you within 24hrs and minimise the wait for an appointment wherever possible.

Appointments are also available via Telehealth using Zoom.  Ask for details
